Middle School IGH Wrestling
Attention all 7-8 graders......Iowa-Grant/Highland Middle school has a great opportunity for you to become a part of a team as you learn the skills of becoming a wrestler. Wrestling is a middle school sport that begins it's season in January and runs through the end of February. You will have the opportunity to learn the techniques and skills to wrestle and/or improve upon your existing wrestling skills. `The middle school level of wrestling matches wrestlers up by their skill level and weight (however there are no formal weight classes).
Our Coaches will work with each individual athlete to develop their self confidence on and off the mat, build a positive athletic character, and experience a team atmosphere.
