Iowa-Grant's Staff Celebrates School & Community Service Day: A special Gift Basket of Gratitude was delivered to the Carmel-Peniel Church who supported IGEMS numerous times throughout the school year. This small church provided supplies, holiday donations for families, and multiple monetary donations to our Youth Services Fund for students in need. We appreciate you and your generosity.

Mrs. Rachel Carlson, Ms. Katie Wanie, Mr. Chris Rear, Mr. Brian Zwick, Mrs. Heather Gile, Ms. Jennifer Leeser, and Ms. Sarah Piper formed a team to add some art and encouragement to the middle school bathrooms! We want our middle schoolers to remember they have what it takes to work hard, stay positive, be kind, and never stop learning. In the afternoon, Heather and Katie continued adding some color to the bathrooms in the kindergarten and 3rd/4th grade hallways.

Thanks to Collision Specialists, Community First Bank, Cummins Emissions, Iowa County Food Pantry, Methodist Churches, Royal Bank, Walmart, and an anonymous donor who supports our schools and students in so many ways. Iowa-Grant's Staff Celebrates School & Community Service Day: Our Early Childhood , 4-Year-Old Kindergarten, and Kindergarten Teams transformed the boys and girls locker rooms at the Montfort Pool today. It was a day of hard work with lots of smiles and laughter!

Long-time Softball Coach Mrs. Deanna Fulton was joined by Mrs. Sue Anderson, Ms. Kendall Foley, and Ms. Tricia Sporle for a day of Fair fun!

Thanks to our 3rd grade team (Mrs. Frey, Mrs. Rogstad, Mrs. Zajicek) and Mr. Pronschinske, we have 25 handsome hammocks for our students to enjoy. Look for our new hammocks during the school day located in our tree line by the fball field.
Iowa-Grant's Staff Celebrates School & Community Service Day: The raindrops did not stop the IGEMS intervention team from traveling 113 miles on Friday for their community service. The foursome stopped at 10 Little Free Libraries throughout the district. New books were placed in each of the libraries for children and adults to enjoy. Mrs. Buss found her next good read in Cobb! Visit your nearest Little Library soon!

The HS Band and Choir Pasta Fundraiser starts today and ends September 30th! There are tons of fun shapes! This completely optional fundraiser allows individual students to earn money towards their Spring Break trip to New Orleans.
