We have decided to extend our Summer School Sign-Up to hopefully increase enrollment. We have a wide selection of classes for students who are entering 1st Grade through 8th Grade. Classes are separated by grade level. Please choose the sections based on the grade your student is entering for the 2024-2025 School Year. We were able to add a couple of new classes to the July Session 2 - July 15th - 18th so take a look. In May, the Iowa-Grant FFA Chapter and members hosted their annual petting zoo for IGEMS students. Elementary students were quizzed on their farm animal trivia and got to meet a variety of animals such as chicks, rabbit, horse, goats, calf, steer, turkey and guinea fowl. Thank you to the FFA members for their preparation and planning to make this event possible.
In May, Iowa-Grant FFA members attended the Kiwanis meeting at Dodger Bowl and listened to a very special guest speaker, Alice in Dairyland! Ashley Hagenow is serving as the 76th Alice in Dairyland. As Wisconsin's agriculture ambassador, her goal is to educate audiences across Wisconsin about the $104.8 billion economic impact and importance of our state's diverse agriculture industry in our daily lives. Thank you for the invite, Dodgeville Kiwanis!

The Iowa-Grant Ag Department is excited to share that they have successfully supplemented the high school lunch menu the entire school year with lettuce grown and harvested by ag students in the classroom! #ClassroomToTable #FreshProduce
Mrs. Hammerly's Food Science class is ending the school year on their sweets units. Students learned all about sugars, chocolates, sweeteners, frostings, fats, and oils. They learned how to make a variety of sweet treats like pudding cookies, sugar cookies, chocolate bark, stain glass candy, and MORE! 🍬🍫🍭
