Congratulations to the Dodgeville Co-op Gymnastics team for a great season on and off the floor! These amazing student athletes achieved State recognition for their performance throughout the season and academically as well! Thank you COACHES (Julia, Todd, Kiera!) Here is a recap from their banquet! Wisconsin High School Gymnastics Association All State (WHSGA) The Wisconsin High School Gymnastics Association All-State awards are determined by averaging each gymnast’s top three scores from the regular season on each event as well as the all-around. To be eligible, gymnasts must have competed in at least three meets, ensuring consistent performance across the season. Rankings are then calculated statewide, with the top gymnasts in each event and all-around receiving All-State honors in their respective divisions. It’s important to note that each gymnast can only be named All-State in one event—whichever event or all-around category they rank highest in. The following gymnasts received All State recognition: Maddy Klein - First Team All Around Faith Hoffman - First Team Bars Ally Baehler - First Team Beam Myra Barr - Second Team Beam Alaina Nelson - Honorable Mention Bars Keira Haser - Honorable Mention Beam National High School Gymnastics Association All American All American awards are very difficult to achieve and are a great honor to receive. To be eligible to receive this award, gymnasts must have an average score over a predetermined number using scores from five competitions, two of which must be from a tournament or five or more teams, or from a sectional or state tournament. There are two categories of recognition: standard and elite. To be eligible for standard recognition gymnasts must average above a 33.6 in the All Around competition, 8.70 on vault, 8.50 on bars, 8.50 on beam, and 8.8 on floor. To be eligible for elite recognition, gymnasts must average above a 37.2 in the All Around competition, 9.40 on vault, 9.4 on bars, 9.35 on beam, and 9.5 on floor. The following individuals qualified as NHGSA All American Individuals: Maddy Klein - Vault 9.16 average; beam 9.34 average; floor 9.24 average; all around 36.89 average Maddy also qualified for Elite status on bars, with a 9.4 average Faith Hoffman - Vault 8.75 average; bars 8.77 average; beam 9.03 average; floor 9.32 average; all around 35.46 average Ally Baehler - beam 9.09 average; floor 9.26 average; all around 34.62 average Myra Barr - beam 8.73 average; floor 8.89 average Keira Haser - beam 8.68 average Academic All State The Wisconsin High School Gymnastics Association recognizes gymnasts for their academic successes. There are three categories of recognition: Gold level recognizes gymnasts with a GPA of 4.0 or above; Silver recognizes gymnasts with a GPA of 3.75 to 3.9; and Bronze recognizes individuals with a GPA of 3.5 to 3.74. Gold category: Alaina Nelson, Faith Hoffman, Abby Droessler, Ezmae Sandberg, Hadleigh Vivian, and Maddy Klein Silver category: Ally Baehler and Keira Haser Bronze category: Myra Barr National High School Gymnastics Association Academic All American The National High School Gymnastics Association also awards gymnasts for their academic success. Gymnasts must have a minimum grade point average of 3.75 to achieve this award. The Iowa-Grant Seniors spent the morning participating in the Southwest Wisconsin Interactive Financial Literacy Event (SWIFLE) at SWTC. Students worked on future potential careers that they are interested in . At SWIFLE they received their paycheck, students then had to keep a check register and try to survive a month in the simulated real world. Students were given the chance to make real-life decisions which could be difficult to navigate. They also had to deal with Fate, ranging from winning money, to having a baby, or other unexpected expenses.

Congratulations!! The following members have earned their State FFA Degrees!! This award recognizes members who have excelled throughout their FFA career. It is the highest award the state can bestow upon its members. This is a huge accomplishment, it takes commitment, dedication, and hard work! These members will be recognized on stage at the Wisconsin State FFA Convention in June!! Congratulations Kaycee L. , Ella P. and Skyler R.!!

🎉Did you hear the exciting news? The IG Forensics team performed exceptionally well at the State competition this past weekend! All 25 entries and 32 students earned medals, bringing home a total of 34 medals: 🥇 12 Gold 🥈16 Silver 🥉7 Bronze. The future looks bright for these students and IG Forensics!

On Sunday, April 13th , Darlington held the annual SWAL Academic Banquet for the Class of 2025 Valedictorian and Salutatorian and their families and mentors. Congratulations to Katie Rickard and Bret Connolly ! Panther Proud!

This past Sunday, the Iowa-Grant FFA spent the afternoon hosting the 2024-2025 Iowa-Grant FFA Banquet. The evening was filled with awards, speeches, recognition and the installment of the 2025-2026 officer team. We appreciate everyone that attended and participated in this special event! Today the Varsity baseball team is at home in Livingston taking on the Darlington Redbirds! Game time is 4:30pm. The JV baseball team travels to Darlington for a game time of 4:30pm. Come on out to cheer on our Panthers! #GO PANTHERS! 🐾

The Iowa-Grant LEO Club and Collision Specialists will be holding our annual Car Wash & Detailing Fundraiser on Saturday, April 26th from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM at our Livingston location. The staff will wash your vehicle AND clean the inside too!! Please call Jen at 943-6488 to schedule your appointment - there are a limited number of appointment spots so call today to get yours before they are gone! During the carwash the LEO Club will also be having a food stand with brats, hotdogs, chips, desserts and drinks so bring your appetite when you come to get your vehicle cleaned. **Please note there is a $50.00 minimum donation required for the carwash**

Softball travels to Cuba City to take on the Cubans. The game time has been moved to a 4:30pm start time. JV and Varsity will play at the same time. Track and Field is at Dodgeville for a meet! Start time is 4pm. Golf is at Hickory Golf Course in Fennimore! Tee time starts at 4pm! Make sure you get on out and cheer on our Panthers! #GO PANTHERS 🐾

The Iowa-Grant High School Cheer team will host a clinic with 4 UW Stevens Point Cheer Team collegiate athletes to teach IG High School Cheerleaders and interested IG students about cheer and tumbling skills. The clinic will be on May 17th, from 10 am to 4 pm. If your child will be a 5th - 12th grade student in the 25-26 school year, this clinic is for you. There is a limited number of spots.
