The Blackhawk Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution were pleased to host eight area schools Senior Good Citizens at a Tea in their honor on Wednesday April 10th, 2024 at 1pm at the Bayard De Hart Post 13 American Legion Building, in Richland Center. 2024 Senior Jayden B. was one of the 8 Senior invited to participate this year.
All of the Good Citizens,who attended the Tea, were accompanied by parents and /or School Counselors. Each Senior Good Citizen shared a brief speech highlighting their academic and community involvement demonstrating the Good Citizen qualities of Dependability, Service, Leadership and Patriotism and their future plans. They each received a DAR Good Citizen Pin, wallet card and scholarship award.

They will be featured on May 9th and 10th at the IGHS Band Spotlight at Community First Bank. It's time. T-Ball and Coach Pitch registration is open. Please click on the link below to sign your child up. T-Ball/Coach Pitch will run on Mondays and Thursdays from July 8th to August 1st. T-Ball will be from 5:30 - 6:15 pm, Coach Pitch will run from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. There is a fee this year for registration.
