The Iowa-Grant football program continued its annual 1/2 and 1/2 fundraiser this year. Athletes are asked to go out into the community, work for an individual or company, and then donate their earnings to the fundraiser. Half of the money raised goes to the IG football program, and the other half goes to the American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI. This year, all IG football players participated and were able to donate $1,385 to the American Family Children's Hospital. We are tremendously proud of this tradition and our IG football players' commitment to making a difference.

Carter L., a UW-Platteville Men's Basketball player came to IGEMs to share a love of books, hard work and encouragement. He read a story of safety, working together, and friendship to all of the 3rd Grade students. Then he answered questions about playing basketball, going to college and being a good sport.

Best of luck to the Panther Cross Country teams TONIGHT at the SWAL Conference Cross Country Meet.
This year the meet is being held at Hickory Grove Golf Course just north of Fennimore.
Girls race begins at 4:45, and the boys race is at 5:30.
Spectators will be required to park at Fennimore High School - 510 7th Street - and utilize the provided shuttle. Shuttles will begin at 4:15pm and will run through the duration of the meet. Please prepare in advance for parking/shuttling.
